Auditores fiscais da Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz) realizaram a apreens\u00e3o de 18.144 mil garrafas de cerveja, que tinham como destino uma empresa laranja no Rio de Janeiro. A apreens\u00e3o aconteceu na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (21), no posto da Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF), na Serra. A mercadoria apreendida encontra-se retida pela Receita Estadual. O valor da autua\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de, aproximadamente, de R$ 76.531,40.

\u201c\u00c9 comum esse tipo de simula\u00e7\u00e3o: os criminosos emitem uma nota fiscal para outro Estado, como se a carga estivesse somente de passagem pelo Esp\u00edrito Santo, mas a mercadoria \u00e9 efetivamente distribu\u00edda aqui, sonegando recursos p\u00fablicos e atrapalhando a livre concorr\u00eancia, pois essa mercadoria chega com um pre\u00e7o mais baixo no mercado capixaba\u201d, acrescentou o subgerente Fiscal e auditor fiscal, Lucas Calvi.<\/p><\/div>
\nA carga estava sendo transportada com uma nota fiscal de origem no Estado de Sergipe. \u201cAo analisarmos o documento fiscal em posse do motorista, imediatamente solicitamos a dilig\u00eancia na empresa do Rio de Janeiro. Foi constatado, por\u00e9m, que ela \u00e9 uma empresa laranja, criada somente para realizar este tipo de fraude\u201d, informou o auditor fiscal da Receita Estadual Walker Ricardo Pinto, que participou da a\u00e7\u00e3o.
