Aconteceu neste domingo (26\/11), na comunidade de Ayd, munic\u00edpio de Vargem Alta-ES, o 1\u00b0 Festival do Palmito Pupunha.
\nOs visitantes do Festival puderam saborear a culin\u00e1ria do palmito com pratos variados. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o contou com torneio de futebol, cavalgada, elei\u00e7\u00e3o da princesa da festa, culin\u00e1ria do palmito, sorteio de uma Smart TV 49\u2019, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de taekwondo, mostra de patchwork, boi no rolete e muita m\u00fasica com a Banda Chen em en.\"\"<\/a>
\nO prefeito Jo\u00e3o Alto\u00e9 participou do Festival e parabenizou toda a comunidade que se empenhou na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Festa.”Evento como este incentiva os produtores rurais do nosso Munic\u00edpio a \u00a0diversificarem suas culturas, aumentando, com isso, sua renda e o turismo em Vargem Alta”.\"\"<\/a>
\nA vereadora Leila David disse que o objetivo da primeira festa do palmito na comunidade de Ayd foi incentivar o produtor rural no plantio do pupunha. Apresentado como alternativa rural e para gerar sustentabilidade local, \u00a0para isso faz-se necess\u00e1rio conhecer a culin\u00e1ria do palmito atrav\u00e9s \u00a0dos pratos espaguete , pastel de palmito , palmito em conserva , assado, entre outros . E o segundo objetivo \u00e9 resgatar os valores da fam\u00edlia, integrando a comunidade . Al\u00e9m disso, aconteceram apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de Taekwondo, atividade f\u00edsica desenvolvida \u00a0com os jovens , crian\u00e7as e adultos na comunidade ,bem como mostras do trabalhos de Patchwork das mulheres.\"\"<\/a>
\nUma festa muito bem organizada, com futebol, exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos da comunidade e fechamento com show muito animado com a banda Chen em en! A comunidade de Ayd est\u00e1 de parab\u00e9ns”, ressaltou o Secret\u00e1rio de Cultura, Turismo e Esportes, Thiago Fassarella.\"\"<\/a>
